Living a daily life in recovery requires more than the simple planning of to-do lists and hourly appointments. Our sobriety is contingent on a "daily reprieve" and this means being able to hold ourselves accountable to not just staying productive in the real world, but also staying on top of our internal world; our spiritual self, our sober self. This kind of planning requires making meetings, calling our sponsor, doing service work, daily inventories, continuing to examine our resentments, forming habits of meditation and prayer, forming habits of self-care and healthy living. Once we form these routines it becomes much easier to stay on top of, but it also is a lot to think about and track when you're first getting started. Even for people in long-term recovery, it can become easy to think it's ok to slack off for a few days then loose track of the routine altogether.

The Recovery Planner combines the basics of a regular calendar planner with daily step work, self-care routines, habit and mood tracker, coloring pages, prayer pages, meeting lists, and 4th step inventory pages in the back.
